Fajarbaru Land (M) Sdn Bhd (FBL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fajarbaru Builder Group Bhd. FBL is the Group’s property development segment that strives to deliver added value by leveraging on the Group’s vast experience in construction and turnkey contracts.

FBL is making a prominent mark in both Malaysia and Australia. The Rica Residence Sentul, KL, as part of the extensive series of Rica Residences, was launched in 2017 to rousing reception from the public for its exciting design and convenient location. Two other strategically located projects at Kinrara, Puchong and the historical town of Malacca are in the pipeline.

In Melbourne, Australia FBL completed its maiden sold-out project Gardenhill in early 2017 while the subsequent project, a luxury skyscraper Paragon was launched the same year and completed in 2021 with a current take-up rate of 93%. The Company is now on to its third development namely a project comprising of 15 residential two-story houses along Merri Creek in Northcote, Melbourne.

FBL property development strategies are to expand its local footprint in Klang Valley while maintaining its international presence in Melbourne, Australia.
